Soloqueue is pure frustration

I soloqueue 90% of my games. I have 25% w\l ratio. That is pure **bleep**, EA\Dice MUST implement mmr because right now this game is unplayable unless you are with full squad of sweats using voicecomms. 

Please explain to me how is this okay? Am i supposed to be HAVING FUN while losing 75% of my games? Either EA\Dice fix this crap by implementing hard mmr so matches are actually fair or like 90% of playerbase will leave, because the game is unplayable with current matchmaking system
