I need help my older brother made a random ea account when they released bf4 and now I can't play bf6 bc of that he doesn't remember anything from the account the dumb thing that I didn't have this problem on any bf but that one so I need anyone from ea support to just unlink the account from my PlayStation account so I can connect the new one

No one here can help you but maybe start a new EA account as annoying as it is thats your only way around it.

As HudsonSSD has said, this isn't something we can help with here, as nobody can access accounts to make changes for security reasons. Your brother could try speaking with EA Help to see if they can recover the account, but if he doesn't have the details to get past the security questions, EA Help won't make any changes.
