Squad Leader of Development

Dear Squad Leader,
Have you ever lead a squad before, do you even communicate with your squad ?
Have you given orders right from the start of the game or do you forget & run off by yourself leaving the others squad members wondering what to do ?

Think of game mode of Conquest.

The game starts: A good Squad Leader gives orders and the rest follow those orders, once those orders are near completion the SL sets the next objective.
The SL has to stop read the situation (map) and then make a decision on what to do next, reading the map the SL can see what is happening on the BATTLEFIELD, example: where the flow of enemy are likely heading next & are there any of our team there to defend it against the assault ? etc, this is how your read a situation and respond.

So what is the Squad Leader at DICE doing ?
We have all these troops here daily screaming for orders and hearing nothing but a muted SL supposedly running the squad, where is the communication from the dev team, you guys seem so far removed from the troops you are providing the game for that it's like you do not exist.

The community is screaming for fixes and the next battlefield comms hub post is all about nothing we are screaming about & no word on if you are actually listening & working towards resolving the issues we have all been talking about every week here on the forums. You guys are the Squad Leader that have no comms with the rest of the squad. You ask for feedback with a survey but refuse to read your own forums and communicate with your squad members.

I could list a whole bunch of issues but I'm not going to waste anymore time typing.
