Still missing rewards from the beta

So, I know this may be something a bit late to complain about, but I was hoping maybe it was just a bug that might be fixed in the season 2 patch. I've been missing my rewards since I first started playing the game abiut 4 weeks after release, contacted support back then, but to no help. Now in season 2, I figured i'd try again and have been communicating with support the last few days. Zero consistency between the support agents. I was at first told to do basic troubleshooting and check a specific tab in game, which was of course done the first time I turned the game on and my console has been restarted dozens of times since; that is not the issue. Was asked by someone else to send screenshots as proof of unlocking all the rewards so EA can send it to my account, so I did, only for the next person to tell me to run through basic troubleshooting again, and the person after telling me there's nothing they can do. All my questions were disregarded, but they said they've escalated the issue for investigation, whatever that actually means. I was finally told that they are do not have the ability to issue the beta rewarda anymore and to make a post here in the forums so someone can help. I have no idea how this is going to help, or if anyone can help me, but here I am. Is it at all possible to get all the rewards I earned from the beta? I am incredibly frustrated at this point.
