There's some extra calculations that you need to do.
The M433 does a maximum of 25 damage at 830 rate of fire.
The SL9 does a maximum of 25 damage at 675 rate of fire
That's roughly a 22% difference in fire rate. Also keep in mind that you need a minimum of 4 body shots to kill, or 3 headshots. So it's unlikely that you'd kill anyone with only 3 bullets.
It's also a matter of damage drop off. The SL9 is a SMG, so the damage drop off is quite severe. the M433 is an assault rifle, so it has less damage drop off at range. This means that at >10 meters the SL9 requires 5 shots and somewhere around >40 meters it would require 6. On the contrary, the M433 has a 4 shot kill upto 20 meters and has a 5 shot kill upto around 80 meters.
Why this difference you may ask? Well, it's because the SL9 has far less recoil and spread.

There is no dropp Off Problem. This is simply that the Server let always the M433 win.
It is the same when I Play the SCW10. If someone with a PW7 Hit me first, it is Not okay when I kill him because of the SCW10 after 5 Bullets Hit me.
In 1 Seconds you Shot over 10 Bullets. 10 Bullets is more than enough. But the Server decide pretty much always for the "stronger" Weapon instead who shoot First.
If all shots are body shots, the TTK of the M433 is around 217 ms and the SL9 is around 267 ms. That 50 ms difference is pretty substantial. Even if you start shooting first, if the enemy starts shooting within 50 ms after that, they'd kill you sooner. The problem is that the server is quite slow to report that you've actually died, so it may look like you've already been shooting much sooner than your opponent did. It's essentially just desync.

The Reactiontime for the most People in game are over 200ms. I don't believe the most M433 Player are Bruce Lees ;)
The same Situation and I have for example the PW5, I win. Because the PW5 had a higher firing rate.
This is not good. I'm not sure this Hit Registration is the real Problem, it seems to be that guns with Higher fire rate have more weight and win.
