Suggestion, Recon: increase functionality of drone tablet to use with UAV

Allow Recon to use the XFGM-6D drone control tablet to access the Recon Overwatch UAV camera feed when the normal drone is "depleted", or add a way to toggle between the two.

It would incentivize playing the class to its namesake, and give player-controlled spotting and could even be used to expand functionality for later (like SOFLAM-style functionality to the Overwatch UAV for marking targets and vehicles for other players). It would definitely add depth to the gameplay loop.
