[Suggestion] Remove tanks from Rush

Rush is such a tight-spaced encounter already and the space you need to defend (M-Com) is known by all. To add tanks to this scenario is just ridiculously over-powered. It's like shooting fish in a barrel.

Remove tanks to add more tactical intelligence to Rush.
