You have to assume the review is done by AI, so there's gonna be very little context taken into account.
Also, I haven't seen "good old-fashioned trash talk" much. I'm not a kid, I'm not a snow flake, heck I grew up in France where dirty language is just part of everyday's slang. And frankly, I often find some of the stuff in the chat seriously offensive.
It's also one thing when someone makes a couple of comments. It's quite another when someone or a couple of guys just keeps posting expletive after expletive on the general chat: it's just a nuisance. And there's no way to turn off the general chat and keep the others, and anyway there's always someone from your team who does not know how channels work and will post "all to B" on there.
Finally, I'd also put it out there that whatever was being said during BF2, times have changed. It's impossible to know what language you're referring to - we'd just get censored here in this forum if we tried to compare - so I don't know where you would fall in my own spectrum of "rude but fair and fun" to "disgusting, reported", but just saying this game used to be rough so let's keep it going definitely sounds suspicious.
I definitely don't want people who just have a good swear kicked out - well, temporarily banned I would assume - but there's not going to be a perfect system to draw the line if someone decides to report.
