Switching from xbox to ps5

Hi everyone. So far, I’ve been playing BF6 on Xbox. However, I’m planning to switch to PS5 (since I recently bought one), so I have a few questions:

If I log into my EA account on PS5, will my progress from Xbox carry over? If so, will that same progress still be available on Xbox?

On Xbox, I had the Phantom Edition, which included the Battle Pass. What happens if I also buy the Phantom Edition on PS5? Since I already have an active Battle Pass, will I get a second one for the next season, or will they just stack/duplicate?
