Tank camera nudged by small objects

The 3rd person camera for ground vehicles can be nudged by small/thin obstacles like streetlights which completely throws off your aim. It happens frequently on Manhattan Bridge and Cairo and is annoying to deal with. Yes, I could use the first person camera in the tank, but this leads to a different problem: no separate sensitivity options for tank 3p vs 1p vs zoomed. The camera should not be moved by small/thin objects.
