Tanks Sitting on top of Mountain in North base on Firestorm Map

Hey Dev's can you please do something about the people who take the tanks on Firestorm and sit on top of the biggest mountain in the game and sit there all game and just shoot down at Base E. Maybe have the tank self destruct if it is up there for more than a minute or so? All people do is sit up there and they take two hits and back down the other side then repair and come back up and spam all over again. Its very unfair when we are trying to capture or Hold Base E and they just sit up there and spam shells or rockets every few seconds, especially with the resupply pallet and we have no way to kill them because they are in the out of bounds area  and only our aircraft can try to kill them which has to fly very close to thier base and are frankly busying trying to engage other aircraft. Please just spend a few minutes on Firestorm and see what they do. It's very annoying and anyone that does it is just afraid to use the tank as it was meant to be used, not to sit on top of the biggest mountain overlooking the entire map and spamming shells or rockets like they are some kind of super sniper.
