the assault ladder is useless on Manhattan Bridge

I’d like to start this out by saying I thing roof sniping and addition to this game that can work for or against you team and I think it should be allowed. I have noticed there is no way to counter it if you can’t get the heli to take you there on maps like Manhattan bridge where only squad mates can spawn in those. I tryed using the assault ladder to get up there and it wouldn’t let me. Specifically at the firehouse on obj F and or trying to get on the fire escapes and I feel like you should be able to do it so you can counter them. If you can’t do stuff like that what’s the purpose of the assault ladder. Also the enemy will just keep spawning there on a deploy beacon no matter how many times you kill them and you can’t stop it as there is no way up. To finalize this, I think rooftops should be inbound. The assault ladder just needs rebalanced so you can get on fire escapes and on rooftops to be able to counter the people up there.
