The DLC Packs payed whit money can be used in different platforms

Hi, friends. Can the DLC Packs like the Season 1 Starter Pack or Season 1 Advanced Pack be used in different platforms? I'm going to buy them on Xbox, but in a few months I'll get a PC, so I want to know if I can still have them on EA App if i buy it on Xbox first.
