If this does not give you a reply that you are satisfied with, look into if there are any customer advocacy groups in your area.
As much as I want the game to remain clean, I cannot agree with the lack of transparency for ingame bans etc. I do not buy the excuse that it is in order to make it harder for the cheaters to get around detection. It is not like if the real serial cheaters do not use burner accounts anyway.
I completely agree with your point of view. However, the actual situation I'm facing is that my account was banned without any notice or explanation. Nevertheless, I am willing to take your advice to fight for my rights. Thank you again.
