The handling of the appeal is too slow.

My appeal has been submitted for several days and its status changed to "waiting on studio." After waiting for five more days, I still haven't received any response. I play the game seriously with my own hands and my account only has a pitiful 0.82 KD—how could I possibly cheat? I deeply love Battlefield 6. I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition and have been playing it daily ever since, but since being wrongfully banned, I've been enduring every day. I may have already missed many limited-time rewards. What should I do now?My account has been banned since November 25th until now. I really can't stand it any longer.
