I'm all for the movement changes and the aim assist being toned down
There's practically no aim assist most casuals will probably not stick with this game there not going to be able control the recoil at range.
It wouldn't be so much of a problem if it was controller only but going up against keyboard and mouse is going to be tough I found lowering the sensitivity down to practically nothing was the only way to get range kills consistently.

You could make the exact same argument for casual mnk players then. They will leave because they can not control the recoil at range? The recoil is harder to control with a mouse in this game btw.
I don't think that is how it works though. If they enjoy the game they will keep playing it, and they will want to learn and eventually get better. Otherwise the game is just not for them. We can't have overly aggressive aim-assist doing all the work for us. That will ruin the game for everyone else.
Controller already has reduced recoil in BF, which in my opinion is a huge problem and it gives controller players an unfair advantage. Not only because they have reduced recoil, but it makes controller players able to prioritize different weapons and attachments for different situations, as they are not that dependent on reduced recoil from other sources. It will become an even bigger problem in the BR mode, as you more often fight with different weapons without preferred attachments.
The aim-assist in BF6 seems to be very well balanced, but the recoil should be the same for all inputs.
