As the title already says, the changes to XP for bot kills should be reverted or adjusted
Why? Quite simple: the game was marketed and sold with the clear intention that normal progression would be possible in the verified Portal mode.
The changes to XP from bot kills contradict this statement and the related product descriptions.
I don’t have enough time to unlock all the attachments in PvP to stay competitive — the same goes for the challenges. Thru my limited time, I already gotin laser beamed thru weapons with full attachments.
Therefore, this description of the product was one of the main reasons I decided to buy the game.
Are XP farm servers with weird custom scripts a problem?
Yes, they definitely are.
But normal experiences without any special scripts or other nonsense are completely acceptable. Therefor change the xp from 10 to 50 (as a compromise) or reverd them.
We already got the problem that we cant host a portal server because of the limited hosting slots.. which negativ impact is already enough.
Players like me, also purchased your game (under your marketing premise) so dont threat us like customers of the titanic third class. Why you asking? Becaus we are going to spend money also on battle passes and co.. but some will not if you den reverd your xp nerf and if you dont come up with more portal slots.

I dont understand - what's unfair about it? I think it's unfair that peeps/kids with no other obligations in life are able to play for 10 hours a day and I get mayhap 10 hours a week...therefore I have to try to compete without the weapon attachments that even the playing field just a bit...take away career advancement and bots impacting k/d ratio and I'd be fine with it...

you tell me how that's unfair? If they can kill bots so, can you. You get the same amount of XP........
You should get zero xp in PvP, it's unfair that you even get a single xp point. If that is the model they offered to buy the game then great. It is not what was advertised. You play your way, we play our way.
How is it not fair to you, if the server is half bots and half players? Your entitlement is outstanding...

But... why? How does someone who solely plays against bots have an impact on how YOU play the game? This is such an odd and elitist take.
Why is it unfair, nothing stopping you from doing it? If players want to fight against bots and still get full xp then let em, it's not affecting you and it aint bothering anyone else who plays the game either!
