If you get same progression as people playing vs other humans, that you do vs bots, it is very unfair because its much easier for you to farm bots, because the bots are... terrible.
You should be happy you even get any xp from bots, you should get zero.
However a solution could be, if you're playing vs bots have everything in the game unlocked already, and keep it that way only if you play vs bots. That way xp is a non issue and basically solves all problems for these people and it deals with the xp farms at the same time.
I keep suggesting this but it won't let them unlock stuff for use in online multiplayer so are not interested, basically they want dice to let them boost while players put effort into unlocking stuff in online multiplayer.
