Steams offering full refunds, i play 3/4 hours a week if lucky.. kids. work. life.. so bots with mates is easy. stress free and enjoyable.
im level 20 with still no unlocks. so my account will never be fully unlocked.
Hence the refund. shame what a waste.
For those wanting to play against bots then play the campaign, that's why it exists.
there is no weapn equipment unlock....
also not sure if its playable with friends? havent tested / checked. so no point if not.

Many of us older players bought this game for the portal play, not the campaign. My friends and I prefer playing privately rather than in public matches. We can play at our own pace, try different things, and use a variety of weapons without being farmed by veteran players. We don't care about K/D or other ego-stroking stats, and even if we unlock all guns and accessories, we still can't compete with young, skilled players using no upgrades.
Dude we are the same.
Jump in once or twice a week for a few an hour or so, have a laugh and blow off steam.
Trying to compete with people who play 20+ hours a week or more and have none of the weapons or addons is a massive disadvantage while trying to compete with all the hackers and cheats on top.
The move is only to stop people gorging on all of the content.
Just like they did in World of Warcraft and still do, I know a few people who have taken 2 weeks of to blast through it.
If they do not roll it back, I will be asking for my money.
No it isn't, the campaign is there for a story mode which is not the same as PvE at all. Once you complete the story mode all you can do is repeat it.
