The promise of a dedicated persistent server also seems to be unfulfilled

Included with game purchase, players will also have the ability to make their hosted servers persistent, so it's always listed in the browser for easy access.

Never worked for me... yea it made it listed, but that seemed to be the extent of it... because clicking on it should just bring you straight in, but instead you were still met with the error about Global Limit bs.

This is an epic fail on EA's part and equates to deception. I'm giving them a week before I do a chargeback, because of course by now I'm way over the hours played. But not getting what I paid for should get me a full refund, as it's basically false advertisment.
