This thread is now the most liked thread in your entire forum. That means it is number one. And that also means it should be number one on your list of priorities because it clearly represents a huge part of your player base.
What is going on here?! Do you seriously not have anyone in your service desk who understands how to handle customers? How to rebuild trust? How to calm down a community that feels betrayed? Did you really want to start a wildfire? Word of mouth spreads fast and it will hurt your reputation if you keep making decisions like this.
From an IT service management perspective this is a perfect example of how to lose user confidence. You advertised a feature with full progression against bots in Portal mode in your trailers and official messages. You created that expectation. And now you removed it completely. No progression against bots no option to even select them in Portal servers.
That is not just a gameplay issue it is a trust issue. You broke one of the most basic rules of ITSM and customer experience do not remove promised core functionality after users have built their habits around it.
If you want to rebuild trust start by listening to this thread. Bring bot progression back. Bring player confidence back.
