Don't give up, keep sending in messages on steam etc.
Don't let EA get away with constant scamming. They do this EVERY GAME.
They're presently still mass-scamming in Battlefield 1 because now they're MASS BANNING completely randomly without any reason whatsoever. E.g. I run servers in BF1 and I've had 4 accounts subsequently banned one by one on my laptop just for joining the server to put 1/64 in it and get started.
"Banned for cheating". Cheating? No, the account has 0 KD, no score, doesn't even spawn in! I know a lot of others effected for the same. My accounts run on a laptop dedicated to bf1, fresh windows install, no other software. SCAM COMPANY!
BF6 Refund:
"I purchased this game for a core feature of interest, which was subsequently and intentionally removed by EA just over 2 weeks in.
They had full knowledge of the problems 3 years beforehand, which were identically repeated in their prior game, Battlefield 2042. They specifically advertised, despite that, telling players we would be able to fully utilize this core feature. As said above, it was subsequently removed immediately after steams refund period. This is outright theivery, intentional malicious behaviour, false advertising, a scam, and I, along with many others, would NEVER have purchased this game had we known this CORE feature would be removed.
This is not an ethical grey zone, but outright black. I believed Steam stood for protection and fairness of customers. Here, a corporate giant is outright manipulating and deceiving everybody, and walking away proud about it. It's NOT the first time they've done this. Please do not reward their malicious behavior - we were promised a flower and received a stone. We deserve opportunity to refund. Please do so. Thank you"
