The obvious fix to this, Award full normal xp to all modes. Allow Bonus xp multipliers on game modes they want to steer players towards. Nobody loses anything, There are incentives to play in official lobbies. Everyone wins.

It isnt only the XP that is the issue, its the generalized progression, so the challenges, class unlocks, battlepass progression ETC. XP is just one small part of this formula.
