Coming on here again to bump this in support.
I haven't even touch or want to get into the new REDSEC battle royale stuff anymore. My interest and love for BF6 have been in a complete standstill until the bot issue in Portal is resolved. Actually, I'm just going to get my refund and delete BF6. Will purchase and reinstall when the bots are back. The longer I wait - it will be impossible to get my refund. So, best I act now, I guess. Until then, EA.
I'll be coming back on this post a few more times to help get this message at the top though. That's all I can do to help.
Yeah I still can't even play the game on official multiplayer servers due to being connected to Santiago chile server and I'm in North America, seen a lot of people say that's the reason but I don't know because I deal with latency and packet loss issues which makes me feel like I'm rubber banding. The only way I was able to play the game was through portal against bots and now since that's taken out I can't play at all, I mentioned in a post like this one before that I contacted EA agent about the issues I've been having and also spoke for everyone else dealing with this issue and they always almost say the same thing, we are sorry you are dealing with this issue we will work around the clock to fix this issue for you and other players around the world! (Thank you for contacting EA support! Good bye!) it's almost like they don't care and just try hardest to brush it off and move on even tho I'm an polite in what I say even tho I am still pissed about it all. Now if I was a big streamer having this same issue then I'm certain they would definitely be working around the clock to fix the server issue and bring bots back for full XP in official servers. Of course I never cared for bot farming servers nor never played it but if that's what you enjoyed to do then sure play how you want but I just played on there Bfportaloffical servers list all the time, that's if I could get lucky and get in a solo match without getting hit with the Quota crap lol.
