Hard disagree with this. I hardly play conquest anymore, it's almost always a complete rout, one way or another. I don't remember previous titles being this bad, but then I only played a few and exclusively on community servers.

Well that's not entirely true. It was heavily KDR based, but the way community servers used to swap certain players between teams really helped. Some sort of SBMM based on a mix of KDR and overall score would probably help as well. And quite frankly, just not having the lobby reshuffled whenever you have a balanced match would be a boon.
There are solutions, albeit not perfect ones that would take into account all the variables. But I don't think we're asking for perfection. I'm also not sure it's on the community to solve: it's very enjoyable to have the discussions, but ultimately, the devs are the designers and should be the ones with the answer.
And the first thing I'd like to hear from them is what their data says: just tell us what the average score of a conquest game is in BF6. It's exhausting to play a live service game and have a studio that is this opaque.
