Three suggestions concerning jets/aircraft

Hello! Id just like to preface this post by saying good job to the developers for implementing the air radar and expanding the air boundaries on some maps. Also I saw that the devs are working on fixing missiles going through flares so I will not mention it here. Here are three main suggestions that I think would make air gameplay more fun and rewarding which shouldnt be too difficult to implement. 

Shared base resupply between teammates

Now I dont know if this is an intended mechanic or a bug, but if one pilot gets a resupply from the base, all other pilots share the cooldown. This is frustrating in general, but also because there is no indicator, so whether you get a resupply or not is entirely random. Every aircraft should have its own resupply cooldown, meaning it should not be shared between the entire team.

Jet vs. jet TTK

The TTK between jets, I think, should be longer. The short TTK combined with the spawn logic and the impossibility of defending yourself against a jet already behind you makes for a less fun experience.  

Aircraft spawning logic

None of what Ill say here applies to Golmud Railway because that map did it the best in the game. The aircraft spawn too close to the main battlefield. This encourages spawn camping or timing enemy aircraft spawns which is just lame. If the player decides not to spawn camp or not to time spawns, he will be just be at a disadvantage because the player that just spawned can immediately start attacking the player already in the air. Either give the players the option to spawn in the air far away from the middle of the map, or move the airstrips further away from the battlefield. This also applies to liberation peak, where the jets should spawn further away from the map and helicopters should have the option of spawning in the air.
