To BF_SledgeHammer: What Am I Supposed To Do Now?
My Battlefield 6 account was permanently banned.Since finding out on March 18, I've spent months trying to understand why.
* Downloaded my EA account data
* Reviewed login records
* Uploaded gameplay videos
* Submitted around 10 appeals
* Gathered every piece of information I could find
Every appeal was denied.Eventually EA told me:"We have performed all investigations possible and will not reverse the decision."
Okay.But then something even stranger happened.The appeal system started throwing Internal Server Errors.Cases stopped being created.Confirmation emails stopped arriving.Live Chat became unavailable.At this point, it feels like I've lost every normal way to communicate with EA about my account.
What makes this difficult to accept is that I genuinely don't believe I cheated in Battlefield 6.I've used this EA account since 2015.I've played Battlefield for years.I completed Battlefield 2042's preseason content.I put roughly 250 hours into Battlefield 6.This isn't some throwaway account I made last week.
And honestly, if I knew I had cheated, why would I spend months downloading account data, reviewing logs, uploading gameplay videos, talking to other players, and submitting appeal after appeal trying to figure out what happened?If I had actually cheated, I would already know why I was banned.
Instead, I've spent months trying to understand what EA believes I did.I'm not asking anyone to blindly believe me.I'm asking a simple question:Was my case ever reviewed as a possible false positive?Because after months of appeals, support tickets, account data requests, and research, I still don't know what actually triggered this ban.That's why I'm posting here.
If someone from BF_SledgeHammer sees this, I'd appreciate any clarification.
