Even in battlefield 3 you had different skins you can change to(camos) you're asking them to focus on gameplay when they have multiple studios that work on specific things for example(gameplay, cosmetics, bugs, cheater hunters etc). You're asking for an option that turns off or filters a player into a default when they're running a skin they've paid for? I just fell out the chair laughing brother😂

I could understand if this was CoD. Even I got annoyed when we started seeing cartoon characters and demons from the Diablo game and what not. It got really ridiculous, but so far the skins in this game have all been appropriately themed.
You can have your opinion, but this is clearly an issue I'm not alone about when over 1300 agree with me.
I just dont care about cosmetics at all, nada, and the way they are currently doing it does not feel grounded or realistic in any sense to me. Tons of skeletons, flashy colors and weird stuff.
I dont know if you played the beta or since launch before Season 1 dropped, but thats when it felt the most promising, I would just prefer that it stayed at that level all the way.
"1300" redditors that don't play the game doesn't really mean much to me.
When I was in Bagram in the early 2000's we had guys rocking skull masks, so its not as "out of place" as you think it is.
You also gotta remember that PAX is a private military so they are not going to be as uniformed as NATO, which is why most of the skins are for PAX.
I'm not asking to remove the skins from the game, I know that's not happening, I'm asking for an ability to toggle them off so I dont see them personally. If you want to keep seeing them you would still 100% be able to do that even if they implemented my suggestion.
I dont understand why you are so protective and opposing of my suggestion. It wouldnt affect you in any way.
I referred to the Reddit post simply to show that I'm not alone experiencing this as an issue.
I dont know how old you are, but think Counter Strike 1.6, there the soldiers had a standard appearance, and thats it, no focus on dressing up, more focus on the gameplay. Thats what I want, and I'm clearly not alone in wanting that, that was my point.
