Toggle optic accessories without ADS

Pretty much the title but I came here in hopes the devs see this and perhaps include this as a function. Kinda miss the convenience and smoothness of having the ability to adjust magnifiers, canted optics, or zoom level without having to aim down sights, especially on PC. Just wanted to suggest a QoL feature to be added
