I agree it's chaotic- I have been spawning into bullets LMAO! I've been playing since the original back in 2002 and I remember the days of waiting forever just to join a server with about 10FPS at 480- LAN was only way to go back then. The stuff you guys bring up is true but in my old age I have less time to devote to long waits and long games. I remember games that were so close I would literally go to bed and when I woke the next morning for work the same match was still going! Over the decades I moved away from PC and switched to console and now with 2 jobs I rarely have more than 40- 60 minutes to play. I would imagine I am not the only one that benefits from the tighter maps and instant action. It's safe to say they will bring in some big maps and remakes of the old ones. I used to spend a lot of time just cruising in a boat or jeep on wake island with no real hurry to get anywhere. It's clear on release the goal is to appeal to ADHD sweaty COD players. I would love to think these guys who were kids when I played 1942 have an artistic desire to recreate my nostalgic memory of what my battlefield should be with only minor tweaks. The truth is they are running a business and the priority is more new players. Every new version is different and improve with patches and changes to try to appeal to as many of the people that bought the game as possible. The one I played the most was BF3- right now it's way too early for me to know if I will like this one as much. I uninstalled MW3 (second version) last night after being annoyed with jumping through hoops to to get to my game after a hard sell to buy BO6 even though BO7 is right around the corner. Then it was time for an update and restart.........
