"Help me understand.
A video game titled, "Battlefield" that allows people to kill each other, but your main issue is the ingame characters screaming swear words?"The killing in battlefield is not real. The swearing is.
"You people have to stop, my brain cells can't take this sort of abuse. This woke stuff needs to end, people need to grow up."
The word "woke" normally wouldn't be used to describe people who prefer good, respectful, and wholesome talk.

Ok if it really bothers you, I think you can mute voiclines through either the announcer volume setting or sound fx setting

Jesus... This conversation is over, it's going nowhere.
Have a good day.

It´s still difficult to see if you are serious or not FrozenFishies
First off, we do not kill, we frag the opponent and secondly, if that swearing really bothers you from the chars, you should just mute it like others already suggested. It would have no negative affect on your gameplay.
You never been in a situation, where you almost got hit by something or won something big? And there it came out, the ... **bleep**ing hell...or similar?
Everyone swears... some more, some less... =) - Alethes3 months agoSeasoned Ace

...as philosophers of old would say: focus on what you can control.
How 7 billion people live or talk is strictly beyond your/our control. Hence, shrug shoulders and move on is often the best course of action when others don't act the way we expect them to.

I'm providing honest feedback I hope the devs consider.
"First off, we do not kill, we frag the opponent"
Isn't it a little ironic I start a post against in game swearing and you don't like the "k" word lol
"and secondly, if that swearing really bothers you from the chars, you should just mute it like others already suggested."
Without access to the game until launch I can't look for that option.

Thanks for clearing it out.

If we kill our opponent, he can´t continue to play the game, which will result in less gamer, which result in less revenue forEA, which results in no more games. =D
And if you lived long enough, to live through the **bleep**storm during Counter Strike 1.2, you avoid using the word "kill" on discussion boards =)
And to frag someone sounds by far cooler than to kill someone. (⌐⎚u⎚)"and secondly, if that swearing really bothers you from the chars, you should just mute it like others already suggested."

Wait and see? Should you not be able to silence the NPC swearing and it still bothers you, make a petition, that there is at least an option to silence it. No one will have a problem with that, well... there is always someone.... =) - GrizzGolf3 months agoSeasoned Ace
Just mute voices and get to PTFO my guy

It's pretty jarring. Most games do not have this much no matter how gruesome they are. I would love for an option that filters out these voice lines or at least a censored version that silences the profanity.
In real life I have no problem with profanity in intense situations, but while the voice actors aren't doing a terrible job emoting, it's just not the same as real life. - Alethes3 months agoSeasoned Ace
I can only recall Irish's "S___'s getting real!" — what other in-game voicelines are so susceptible to cause offence...?
