Can't launch game (in lobby)

Hi there. What is happening when you try to join a game without using a VPN? Is there an error message? Also, which PC platform are you playing through? The EA App, Steam, etc.

Hi, EA App, but it has done the same previously through Steam. 

I press start, it finds a game, attempts to launch, screen goes blank, but instead of going to loading screen of the map its a screen that has BF6 on it, then it throws me back to start menu.....Bulletin, Featured, Campaign, Multiplayer etc...

got off 'online chat' with EA yesterday and they said "Actually, there is some technical difficulties going on server and many other players are facing the same issue. I suggest you to please wait for sometime as this issue is under investigation and I hope this issue will be resolved soon." "Thankfully, our teams have noticed this issue and they're working diligently to fix it as soon as possible. It might take some time until things are completely fixed, so I appreciate your patience as we work through this.

Asked what the issue was but was given no response to my question. I'm playing on PC, it attempts to launch but then kicks me back to menu screen. I'm able to join using a VPN but 9 times outa 10 get kicked so far through the game, an error 'player inactive for too long'. There's no error message without VPN, just sent back to main menu.

Try the port forwarding instructions in this article. Normally, when a game works on a VPN or mobile hotspot, it means your ISP is the issue. You would need to contact their support for help with that.

The issue is back buddy. Port forwarding had solved it until the update!

Can you check to make sure the ports are still forwarded?

Are you able to connect over a VPN?

TCP and UDP port forwarding enabled.

Doing same as it did before your pre update fix, VPN gets me into game but either I get kicked during first game, definitely don't make it through the second game.
