Training Room?

Greetings.

Yesterday, i tried to get into breakthrough training, no matter how many times i pressed start, it would not start...

Today, it's not even in menu.

Is it removed? Or is it limited for some time only? To some level?
And if so, why?
Why cannot we play versus bots if we want to?
It's fun sometimes, it's easier.

And why is there no explanation as to why so many issues around this?
It should be written in description of game mode.
