EA_Shepard tell me one reason why should anybody buy the next battlefield when there is this one which had the best potential and still the team managed to ruin it.
You have no team balancer. Comeback ticket bleed is broken. Every game is either 1000-0 or 0-1000. The matchmaking with sbmm is absolute disaster. It stacks good players to one side and bad ones to the other side with a handful of good ones believing they will counter 30 top players.
Cheaters are everywhere which I know you are fighting against them but this is why best to just not play any more FPS because frankly there is zero point.
The vehicle vs infantry balance is literally non existant. Stop believing that 10 people needed to take down a helicopter or tank. Random people don't think in groups. They just farm their kd. Below radar + flare should be a choice not both. Flare should not be recoverable outside of the map. Vehicles should not have infinite ammunition. Give infinite rockets to engineers then. Players inside aircraft should not see marked people on the ground. One of the challenges of flying should be about finding targets. If you see orange dots then the challenge is gone. It is far too easy to see marked people and gun/rocket them from high up. Every gadget in the game is completely useless against vehicles.
Nobody plays objective because there is no reason to play objective. Conquest should not show death only kills and capture. K/D belongs to TDM. I have been playing shooters for 25 years and you guys literally get everything wrong when it comes to shooter games. Literally like devs working in the industry for 2 years.
Separate m&k from console/controller. FPS games have never been made for controller EVER. The only reason people use controller is because aim assist is too overpowered. Should be nerfed to the ground and separated with imput base matchmaking. When you have a game where nobody misses a bullet in a shooter games where even in the top CS players have like 30% accuracy MAX then you have an issue with your game. In BF literally nobody misses a bullet. Even if you strafe run in zig zags does not matter. Also the netcode is worse than 20 years old games.
Nobody likes to get farmed at the base because the matchmaking decided to ruin your stats and put you into the loser team for no apparent reason with team mates that have 0.2 kd and your enemy everybody over 3-4-5kd. What is this? Even if this gets fixed nobody will take the game seriously anymore because the game needs a global stat reset. It favors a lot of people and always put them against 5 years old enemies where they can farm 5 kd very round while I can't even move from base because my team mates can't shoot a single enemy so I have to deal with 5 people instead of my 1 share. Even couple days ago I played like 8 rounds 7 lost. None of them was my fault. Zero fun.
The entire game is artifically influenced. Even AI bots running around disguised as players. I can name a lot who are not real players but don't have bot tags/icon and their reacion is like 0.1 ms. If the game has low population and you have to fill in with bots/ai players disguised as players at least make them easy targets.
Score board and global stats need a lot of work. Global KD should indicate whether it is infantry kd or vehicle kd because frankly a kill from a tank/aircraft should worth like 0.2 kill. Revives. The game should indicate how many revives people received. If you have a 30 kills and 10 deaths but got revived 10 times looks better than someone that have 30 kills and 20 deaths but got revived zero times yet it is pretty much the same thing. Revives only should save ticket not death. You got killed by someone after all. At least indicate on the scoreboard how many times someone got revived to see realistic kd. Not everybody have revive buddies running after reviving 30 times a round.
Stop editing titles because I said the game died due to these reasons. This is frankly the fact. Stop hiding it. Nobody streams this game nobody makes videos not a single relevant creator at least unless sponsored. That alone tells a lot.
These are just some of the issues I had off the top of my head. Trust me if I sit down I could continue this list for hours. The biggest issue the game has all above can be simplified like this: Skill cap is low in the game. like 30% playerbase cheating on every server, 3d spotting should not be a thing. Aim assist removes skill basically it aims for you. An FPS game has always been about aiming skill. Get rid of controllers.
Tell me one reason why should we expect the next BF to be any better? You just going to make the same game same mistakes.
You described this game perfectly and the frustration we have to put up with. There are so many issues with this game now and to be honest neither the devs or publisher care, they are chasing the money.
The game is in such a sorry state that I don't know where to begin. I know one thing and this is the last Battlefield title I buy. When the beta came out I played that and the game was good, I enjoyed it and was the reason I bought the game. I won't be falling for that scam again.
I thought 2042 was bad but this game makes it look like GOTY!
