Unbalanced Teams...

Seems like since day one, The Unbalanced teams are a problem, More triple digits on one side than the other, and I'm always on the losing side. I'm not that great of a player, but jezzz..I feel like 80% of the games of Conquest I get in, I'm always steam rolled because the other side has such higher ranked players. Now don't get me wrong, this is nothing against the higher rank players.. but EA can you please balance the teams? BF5 had this same issue. anyone else with this frustration?  Rant over..
