Unlock cosmetics from certain gender or race

I feel like its very unfair to players to lock cosmetic skins to a certain gender or race, and in order to make the game welcoming to all it should be allowed to change our soldiers gender or race and keep them locked to a certain look. Some players may really like a skin but not want to use it due to its personal appearance, so please make us feel comfortable wearing any skin and make it feel like its really us.
