Unworthly Ban - Recently Deleted Message

Question

Hey can we stop deleting my message. i am trying to fix this ban that I should not have received. The customer service is awful. I have had my account since 2015 and it is my first offense. The Ban also didnt allow me to ask in the forum so had to make this account. I have my case number and my account name if I can get this solved. My message keeps getting deleted
