I followed the steps to change my secure boot state to “enabled”. Then you have to hit the “save and restart”, my pc hasn’t be able to turn on since then. It simply can’t/won’t boot up. What do I do?

Did you update your BIOS to its latest update before doing so? Try resetting your CMOS battery by taking it out and putting it back in your motherboard. Figure out what your motherboard is and do some research on setting up secure boot.
