Have game on steam

What I`ve tried:

Secure Boot - on; Run as an administrator; delete other anticheats; add to win defender exceptions; reinstal/repair anticheat; reinstall game; repair VC++; run with -d3d11, -dx11, -dx12; sfc /scannow all was ok; checked, updated Nvidia experience, gpu drivers; updated bios
