EA Anticheat TeamI appreciate the capabilities of your team and the iterations of the anti-cheat system. However, at the moment, many people on the forums and Discord have been banned without reason. I’m sure some of them are cheaters trying to pretend otherwise, but the number of false bans is simply too high. I myself have had two accounts banned—both times I was kicked out and banned while playing against AI opponents. What’s more, there’s no way to check the details of the ban on the platform. What exactly is the reason for this? Our wallets are really taking a hit :)
This is almost exactly what happened to me. Was playing fine on the 18th no problem. And no I've not been cheating nor have I exploited any bugs even though I glitched through the world when respawned (Couldn't move was just falling, nothing was gained I just redeployed and everything was fine). And then the next day when I was going to hop on and play a few games before bedtime I couldn't connect to my EA account because I've been perma banned for violated EA's user agreement... "Game enhancement". Like what!? No idea what could have caused it. If other anticheat is interfering or something? Since I've Riot's vanguard installed.
I've appealed this ban, but I've only heard bad things about the support. It would sting to not be able to play after paying 70 euros on this game because of something I've not done. Hopefully I get an reply soon and an unban on my account.
