update the matchmaking

I'm almost level 400—I have no interest in playing with anyone under level 200 who doesn't understand the game mechanics or know how to hold their own.

I constantly end up in matches with players below level 100 who don’t know how to drive, don’t know how to play at all, ask how to slide in chat, and haven’t even unlocked the gunner’s secondary weapon in a vehicle!

It doesn’t work in the education system, so why would it work in your matchmaking???? Good/veteran players aren’t pulling newbies up—it’s actually the other way around
