Vehicle Aim Sensitivity question...

Watching a video posted yesterday on Youtube and dude mentions setting his Vehicle Aim Sensitivity to 5.3 , but mine only has regular numbers and no decimal numbers. I recall having this same issue in another video a few days ago and kind of scratched my head.

    EDIT: Vehicle Mouse Aim Sensitivity is what the title should have been... sorry, apparently ya can't edit the main post. Weird.
