Vehicle changes

I like every other vehicle changes but i dont understand tanks self heal system where they heal now back to 100% without engineer.  Once again removing teamplay moments! Dice please

This is how it worked until they started tampering with the formula in either BF1 or BFV

Yes on know but i was Hood balance for tanks and it added teamplay...
