Vehicles are OP as f*** now

I used to drop a 2.0 kd or more every game playing engineer. Top damage to vehicles in a game is 27,000. But ever since that update I cant get caught looking at a tank. Those turrents spin faster than players do. Not to mention the transport helicopters eating 2 rockets. Honestly ruining the game for me, but don't worry engineers get 5 rockets now.
