Verbal abuse in redsec - reporting improvements

There is so much anger, verbal abuse and racial hatred in Redsec, we need a way to report people. A problem is that people will go on an abusive rant and then quit. There is no way to report that account once they quit. I suggest adding post game scorecard (full 100 ppl) which also shows people that quit
