Video Claimed by MUSO TNT LTD

I am not really sure where to go with this. I had a short copyright struck by MUSO TNT LTD. They said on behalf of EA, they took it down as it was Battlefield 6 gameplay, which was the gameplay I took during the open beta. MUSO TNT LTD was told to take it down and cannot give a reason for it.

EA help was not very helpful. So I am not sure if I could try emailing someone else or just let it be. I thought making video content about the open beta was fine, so yeah.

  • Hi rizaknightflame,

Videos from the open beta should be fine (BF Labs footage is not, just to mention it), but there might have been something in the video that triggered the strike down. Years ago I had a video taken down because it had a song from the game's soundtrack playing, for example.

While we can't really get into legal discussions on this forum, you could take a look through the EA Legal site in case there is anything that will help (I don't know if there will be). However, personally I would probably just draw a line under it in the hopes that other uploads will be OK.

Thank you. Yeah, don't think there was a game soundtrack playing or anything. I will go check the link and see where it gets me.

Best of luck. I guess it could have been a case of crossed wires potentially, such as the footage being wrongly picked up as being from Labs rather than the open beta.
