Viewing reports for cheating.

They gave me a report # - presumably so that we can cross reference the email to the report. Where's the report? How the hell are we meant to know which report they did or didn't take action on?

And if I find out that they didn't ban the guy for hacking, who was obviously hacking, I'll be pretty pissed off. This wasn't a case where I thought they might be cheating, and they should take a look. This was a case where there was no doubt. The guy was level 6, wiped my squad out, went on to win the round. He was snapping mid-burst between targets, he got 27+ headshots in the round. When he killed me, every bullet was a headshot.
