Wake Island bugged?
How is it that it seems like a first draft? It's just rocks and concrete. The ugliest map I've ever seen in a live game.
Did someone click the wrong version to release?

It would have helped a lot if that had been defined by the OP, but oh well. However, as it's a community experience, it stands to reason that it would look rough, due to the limited assets and so on. It was the same for a lot of the other unofficial remakes of past maps, especially Metro.
Since the official release of Wake Island is imminent, it's probably just a case of OP waiting for it to come out. Feels like that'd alleviate their complaint with the fan-made one.

This is a portal experience made by the community, it is not the official wake island release- I dont think it's even the right size. That's why it looks so unfinished. :)Sorry did you not read the map title...when you play the game wake island isnt out
100% Tsuru Reef i am guessing because complaining about Wake before its even out would be very silly....
I don't think Wake Island has been released yet. If memory serves it's coming late next month. Are you talking about Tsuru Reef?
