Warning: Tier Skips sold without disclosure of unskippable tiers

Hi everyone,

I’m posting this to see if anyone else has run into this issue and to warn those thinking about buying tier skips.

I recently purchased tier skips for the Battle Pass using in-game coins. However, after the transaction went through, I discovered that the last 10 tiers of the pass are completely unskippable.

The problem? This was never stated at the point of purchase. The shop allowed me to spend my currency for a service it cannot actually provide.

For those unaware, this appears to be a breach of EU Consumer Protection Laws, specifically:

Misleading Omissions: A seller cannot omit information that a consumer needs to make an informed choice.

Lack of Conformity: The digital service does not match the description provided at the time of sale.

It is incredibly frustrating to have coins taken for a product that doesn't work as advertised. If the last 10 tiers are meant to be earned only, the UI should either block the sale of skips or clearly display that restriction before the "Buy" button.

Has anyone successfully managed to get a refund for this? I’ve opened a support ticket, but I wanted to get the word out here so nobody else wastes their money.

TL;DR: Don't buy skips if you are close to the end of the pass. The game may take your coins and then tell you the tiers are unskippable.
