We need a fix to defibs asap!

Right now playing support is near worthless, I can't rez anyone today with your defib issues...standing above them, lying on them, on my screen where the only thing I see is the downed player inches in front of me...can hit the defib button 30 times and nothing works...how did this make it through QA?
